Joseph is a Detective with over 13 years of experience in Law Enforcement, and the lead firearms instructor for his agency, leading a team of 12 instructors. Joseph has been teaching firearms for over 20 years, at the police academy level and for private citizens. He is a certified NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor in Pistol, and
